I think she's wearing the same tank top from the bedroom scene in the first movie. The brand is BDG by Urban Outfitters but I don't think they're producing it anymore. Here's one from Ebay.

She's wearing the same Keds Champion Canvas Shoes in navy blue that she wears in New Moon. They're available at Amazon.

I don't now if those Keds are navy, in some pictures they look kind of green. It's really hard to tell.
